The hotel's common areas boast great views and are perfectly located for exploring the city. The gym and leisure facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast selection was a delightful surprise. Our room's impeccable service made us feel right at home.

Some areas of the hotel were a bit noisy at times.

Had a great stay with my family recently. Loved the complimentary breakfast and bottled water provided daily. Perfectly located near most attractions. Also, enjoyed the comfortable room with enough space for all of us to relax.

Some staff members were rude and unhelpful when we asked for assistance with directions and recommendations. Also, the gym was quite small and dated compared to what we were expecting.

This hotel was perfect for our city break! We were pleasantly surprised to receive complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi during our stay. The location was spot on, close to great restaurants and shops, and easily accessible to public transportation. We also loved the comfortable and spacious room, with plenty of space for our family of four.

We wish we could have stayed longer! The only downside of our stay was having to leave after just a few days. We would have loved to explore the area more and enjoy the hotel's amenities even further.

Nice bed and clean bathroom. The lobby was very welcoming and comfortable. They have a bar and restaurant on site and there were plenty of nearby options to avoid having to travel far for food. The hotel is located within walking distance to shops and a shopping mall.

Customer service was slow and unresponsive when issues arose. The hotel amenities were lacking, with no gym or pool available for guests to use.

The location is perfect, close to transportation and great restaurants, including one which has a direct L line to a popular destination. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is impressive, and the staff is friendly. Lastly, the breakfast is delicious.

The room was large, very clean, located in the shopping area. Kudos to valet. On-site restaurant Baptiste and Bottel was a bonus, had dinner there.
